Areas covered

Local to west Wales, and further afield when it is needed

We provide services to Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Swansea, South Wales and the South West by arrangement.

Counties we cover

We are based near Haverfordwest, so most of west Wales is a short drive rather than a long journey. Urgent situations are prioritised.

Pembrokeshire
Our home county. From Haverfordwest we reach Milford Haven, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Tenby, Narberth, Fishguard and St Davids, along with the villages and farms in between — usually the same day for urgent work.
Carmarthenshire
Regular attendance in Carmarthen, Llanelli, Ammanford, Whitland, Llandeilo and the surrounding rural properties, including scheduled void and housing work for agents and landlords.
Ceredigion
Cardigan, Aberaeron, Lampeter, New Quay and Aberystwyth, with the coastal holiday lets and remote smallholdings that come with this stretch of the coast.
Swansea and South Wales
Swansea, Gower, Neath and Port Talbot, extending east across South Wales for larger projects and planned works.

If your property sits just outside these areas, ask anyway — travelled work is often possible.

A good part of west Wales is not straightforward to reach or work in, and we plan for that.

Rural and farm properties
Narrow access, outbuildings and limited parking are normal here. Tell us about access when you call and we will bring what suits.
Coastal and holiday lets
Changeover windows are tight. We will work to your booking calendar wherever we can.
Town centre and terraced homes
Where neighbours are close, we keep the job low key and tidy up as we go.
Housing stock and voids
Scheduled attendance for housing providers and agents across multiple properties.
Commercial premises
Out-of-hours attendance can be arranged so trading is not disrupted.
Wider Wales and England
Larger or specialist jobs outside the core area are considered by arrangement.

Give us the town or postcode and we will tell you straight away.
